Gadoon Textile Mills Ltd, take pleasure in introducing ourselves as one of the largest spinning division of Pakistan & exporters of yarn, knitted sheets, knitted fabric. We, a group of diversified workforce along with progressive technological background, have served the customers worldwide without compromising over the sustainability of society.
One of the largest spinning unit in Pakistan with capacity around 370,000 spindles. We possess a diverse product portfolio of yarn counts, from Ne 6s to Ne 170s and TFO including those of 100% cotton (combed and carded), as well of high quality Polyester, Viscose, Acrylic, Lycra, Trilobal, Melange and Cotton.
We have circular knitting machines that are capable of handling most knitting tasks automatically, for large-scale production.
The Company consists of a vertically integrated setup, having its own dyeing & printing facility. The plant dyes a substantial variety of knitted fabric and garments, with respect to the product line.
We continuously innovate our processes and invest in state-of-the-art technology to uplift the overall standard of our production & operational activities.
The stitching division is well trained to convert every inch of knitted fabric into perfection. Our current capacity of stitched fitted sheet is 50,000 per day with sheet sets of 5,000 per day.
We ensure to implement a sustainable production cycle to reduces the environmental impact and ecological footprint. Our products are completely inspected and then taken care of, as per the international standards of packaging & handling.
