Family Background
Nawabzada Kamran Hussain Mughal originally belongs to the Royal Family of Hyderabad Deccan State descended and settled in Shikarpur, Sindh, one and half century ago. He can use the titles of Umad-ul-Mulk, Nizam-ul-Mulk, Feroz Jang and Ameer-ul-Umrah according to family inheritance.
His great grand father, Late Honourable, Khan Bahadur Nawab Ali Bukhsh Mohammad Hussain, CBE, was the only elected representative of the Muslims of Sindh in the Council of State in undivided India from its inception till the Council of State was wound up in 1947 on partition.
His great grand uncle, Late Khan Bahadur Nawab Nabi Bukhsh Muhammad Hussain, CIE, was the Prime Minister of Bahawalpur State from 1929 to 1943.
His another great grand uncle, Late Khan Bahadur Nawab Abdul Kadir Muhammad Hussain was the Prime Minister of Junagadh State from 1941 to 1947.
His grand father, Late Nawab Capt. Mohammad Bukhsh was the chief of Army Staff of Bahawalpur Army.
His Father, Late Nawabzada Nazir Hussain Mughal was a bureaucrat.
Nawabzada Kamran Hussain Mughal is agriculturalist and now a days working with Popular Group of Industries as Director.
As he belongs to the Royal Family of a State with a very good family background, he would like to continue the old traditions of his family. Since 1981 he corresponds with the Heads of the States on all the occasions of happiness and they very magnanimously reciprocated his wishes. He calls on them whenever he gets opportunity during his visit abroad or during their visit to Pakistan. He has a personal gallery in which the photographs of Heads of States specially signed for him are displayed.
