Shoaib Ghazi is the Chief Executive Officer at Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants. An accomplished industry professional in auditing and accountancy, Shoaib has significant experience providing audit and assurance services across the board including international reporting clients, SEC Registrant entities and local listed and unlisted clients. Shoaib advises clients on finance, accounting implications of new and existing standards, internal controls, investor relations, corporate governance, and other related matters.

With over 20 years of diversified public accounting experience including five years’ experience with an audit firm in Toronto, Canada, Shoaib currently commands one of the most important roles in the Firm. As the Chief Executive Officer, Shoaib oversees the strategy and operational matters of the Firm and is involved in business development. Shoaib is also involved in number of audit engagements of clients across a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, power, financial and other sectors.

He served for eight years on Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Currently, he is part of the Accounting Advisory Group of the Accounting Standards Board of ICAP.

Shoaib is an ACA from Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) and member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). He is also a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
