Atif brings with him vast and rich experience of more than 22 years of managing Tax & Legal services, with client focused approach on leveraging experience, strengths and knowledge base, while ensuring that cross boarder business relationships are leveraged in serving clients and meeting the brand expectations.

Atif’s area of expertise include corporate tax, international tax, transfer tax, global employer services, tax due diligence reviews, M&A transaction advisory, group restructuring and others.

Atif has been advising the high-net-worth individuals and large businesses for streamlining their tax matters. He has developed the return filing web based application “Apna.Tax” for individuals in collaboration with a software house. He has successfully finalized key engagements, be it of merger or acquisition of large multinational companies and banks, structuring of large group of companies both local and multinational, Tax Due Diligence reviews, establishment of Revenue Service (for levy and collection of VAT) on behalf of the Provincial Government of Sindh.

Atif has conducted successful Workshops for professional fraternity imparting training on tax laws and regulations.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a CIA at The Institute of Internal Auditors.
