Muhammad Sufyan is a Partner at Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants. He oversees a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work.

Sufyan helps his clients achieve team and individual budgets and business plan and performance objectives efficiently. He has managed project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection and variance recognition and has maintained the highest technical and professional standard.

Sufyan’s key responsibility is to think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks. He can then address a situation proactively and develop solutions to avoid recurrence.

Sufyan provides additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis in areas of development to meet client needs and contribute to proposal delivery. He additionally identifies ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value.
