Nadeem Yousuf Adil is the Chairman and senior Partner of Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants, rated amongst Big Four firms of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan. With 30 years of experience in public practice, Nadeem is one of the most iconic figures in Pakistan’s finance realm. Nadeem Yousuf Adil is a highly revered Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor. Nadeem works with organizations operating in a wide range of industries including, financial sector, energy, media, manufacturing, and services sector. A fellow member of ICAP and ACCA, Nadeem is leading the Audit and Assurance and Advisory Practice. Besides his association with ICAP, he is also a member of Management Association of Pakistan, Income Tax Bar Association and Memon Professional Forum He has served as the President of Institute of chartered Accountants of Pakistan for the year (2016-17), Vice President for the year (2015-2016) and has served as a Member of the Council from 2009 till 2017 and member of Southern Regional Committee for a four-year term (2005- 2009).
He has also served as Chairman and member of various committees of ICAP including PSTAC, Financial sector and Examination. He has also served as Board member of Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA). He also has the experience of working for Dubai Assurance practice as an engagement partner on various audit clients. In Financial Advisory Services, Nadeem’s experience includes interaction with the Government of Pakistan for privatization of government owned entities. He has been involved in Transaction Service entailing due diligence reviews (on behalf of local as well as foreign investors) and valuation engagements for premier banking and financial institutions, oil and gas companies.
Nadeem’s exemplary professional tenure is also a reflection of his lineage. His father, Mohammad Yousuf Adil also served ICAP from 1978 till 1997 with one term in Regional Committee and five terms in the Council and was elected as President in 1993.
