Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Robot Process Automation (RPA)

Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants is looking for the position of “Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

•  Robot Process Automation (RPA))” for its Karachi office. The candidate will be responsible to;
•  Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan of RPA strategy.   Analyze and document complex business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for targeted processes.
•  Work closely with end users in the identification of end-to-end business requirements, functional design, and   process design.
•  Define RPA value proposition (perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes) and re-engineer processes to   improve automation potential.
•  Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current   state manual processes.
•  Create the process design document (PDD: keystroke level process map) and solution design document (SDD)   in detail.
•  Providing solution proposal by checking scalability of current architecture and involving intelligent   automation technologies like AI/ML/NLP/RPA.
•  Support the design, development and testing of RPA processes. – Develop software modules in line with   coding  standards (where applicable).
•  Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms Adopt Agile delivery     methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements (RPA):

•  Knowledge of automation and robotic technologies and spectrum of best practices and standards including   exposure to RPA/AI/ML/OCR/ICR/NLP.
•  Operational familiarity in the use of leading commercial vendors or tools/platform that relate to RPA (Blue     Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc), OCR (Abby, IBM Datacap etc) or AI/ML tools.
•  Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and   procedures. Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls.
•  Certifications related to RPA, Applicable Vendor or Industry certification is preferred not mandatory.
•  Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and   Waterfall.
•  Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any data management analysis, computer science, computer engineering,
  statistics, or other IT-related field.

Experience:

• 04 to 07 years of relevant experience
