The candidate will be responsible for;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00a0Understanding and adherence to internal Quality and Risk Management requirements.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Working closely with the clients on FRM advisory services on multiple aspects.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Managing teams, in addition to providing the required oversight, along with coaching and reviewing outputs.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Delivering end-to-end solutions and services related to FRM, including policy and procedure drafting.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Building strong relationships with team members and peers and externally with our clients.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0The candidate is expected to conduct regular business development activities and maintain a portfolio of\u00a0 \u00a0accounts, along with identifying opportunities and converting the opportunities into wins.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Work with teams to support key banking and financial institution (which might cover areas around licensing,\u00a0 \u00a0Credit Risk, Basel Accords, and ERM).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Collaborate with large teams in managing and delivering projects and drafting proposals to<br \/>private sector\/ governmental entities.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>ACCA Member or CA Qualified or Master\u2019s degree in finance \/ MBA or equivalent from a reputable<br \/>university.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>FRM certification is a plus.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>5-7 years of prior working experience in Banking or any related field, out of which 04 years of Big Four<br \/>Firms experience.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Candidates are encouraged to apply at \u201c<a href=\"mailto:humancapital@yousufadil.com\">humancapital@yousufadil.com<\/a>\u201d with the subject \u201cAssistant<br \/>Manager \u2013 Financial Risk Management\u201d before August 28, 2022.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants is looking for the position of Assistant Manager \u2013 Financial RiskManagement for its Karachi office.
