The candidate will be responsible to;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan of RPA strategy.\u00a0 \u00a0Analyze and document complex business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for targeted processes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Work closely with end users in the identification of end-to-end business requirements, functional design, and\u00a0 \u00a0process design.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Define RPA value proposition (perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes) and re-engineer processes to\u00a0 \u00a0improve automation potential.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current\u00a0 \u00a0state manual processes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Create the process design document (PDD: keystroke level process map) and solution design document (SDD)\u00a0 \u00a0in detail.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Providing solution proposal by checking scalability of current architecture and involving intelligent\u00a0 \u00a0automation technologies like AI\/ML\/NLP\/RPA.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Support the design, development and testing of RPA processes. \u2013 Develop software modules in line with\u00a0 \u00a0coding\u00a0 standards (where applicable).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms Adopt Agile delivery\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Knowledge and Skills Requirements (RPA):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of automation and robotic technologies and spectrum of best practices and standards including\u00a0 \u00a0exposure to RPA\/AI\/ML\/OCR\/ICR\/NLP.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Operational familiarity in the use of leading commercial vendors or tools\/platform that relate to RPA (Blue\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc), OCR (Abby, IBM Datacap etc) or AI\/ML tools.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and\u00a0 \u00a0procedures.
