The candidate will be responsible to;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00a0Conduct current state assessment and Data Maturity Assessment to determine data strategy, governance\u00a0 \u00a0framework, and target operating model for data organization.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Participate in data management policy (Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Sharing\u00a0 \u00a0etc.) and process creation, and analyzing potential impacts of Policies &amp; Processes to the organization.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Support the development and maintenance of an end-to-end data lifecycle management approach by being\u00a0 \u00a0responsible for applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model,\u00a0 \u00a0data policies and standards.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Assist with data architecture reviews and advise on data solutions that pertain to Data Governance programs (Data Catalogue, Data Quality, Business Glossary, data tools\/software, metadata management, master data\u00a0 management, Lineage etc.)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Conduct workshops to understand database structure\/data lineage analysis in order to understand relevant\u00a0 \u00a0data elements along with their definitions and use.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Design\/Perform data profiling and support in monitoring data quality process, identifying data quality issue\u00a0 \u00a0patterns, applying remediation plans, implementation of data controls, and manage data quality remediation\u00a0 \u00a0strategies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Knowledge and Skills Requirements (Data Governance):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Should be familiar with data management trends and standards (like DMBOK), including data management principles and methodologies.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Understanding of Information Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Storage, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Operational familiarity in the use of leading commercial vendors or tools\/platform that relate to data quality, governance, catalogs, meta-data management, reference &amp; master data management.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Proven track record in operating large data governance programs and experience in managing<br \/>enterprise data assets in a large, complex organization.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Experience in developing and operationalizing data-based guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards Certifications related to Data Governance, Applicable Vendor or Industry certification is preferred not\u00a0 \u00a0mandatory<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in any data management analysis, computer science, computer engineering,<br \/>statistics, or other IT-related field.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>04 to 07 years of relevant experience<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Candidates are encouraged to apply at \u201c<a href=\"mailto:humancapital@yousufadil.com\">humancapital@yousufadil.com<\/a>\u201d with the subject \u201cSenior<br \/>Consultant \/ Assistant Manager \u2013 Data Governance\u201d before August 28, 2022.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants is looking for the position of \u201cSenior Consultant\/Assistant Manager\u00a0Data Governance)\u201d for its Karachi office.
