Man Advanced - Next Generation

The AmbuMan Advanced is Ambus latest training manikin generation, which is made to fulfil all the needs of Advanced Life Support (ALS) -Training.

The focus of the manikins is on the algorithm: Airway Management, ECG simulation, defibrillation and the training of i.v. and i.o. access techniques.

The core is the AmbuMan with the latest, integrated Ambu Wireless Technology. The browser-based Ambu Manikin Management Module allows the wireless control, documen-tation and monitoring of the performance of the trainees.

The Ambu Manikin Management Module is the central interface, where all data and information come together: compression depth, right hand position, ventilation volume, stomach inflation. Using AmbuMan Advanced, you can create custom scenarios and adapt them perfectly to different course concepts. The AmbuMan Advanced is the ALS training manikin for professionals.

Customised scenario training

The AmbuMan Advanced offers new possibilities for imple-mentation of course concepts in accordance to the demand of instructors and the current ERC / AHA guidelines, especially the 2015 guidelines. Your creativity has no limits. The intuitive user interface allows a creation of custom scenarios quick and easy. These can manually be adjusted during the training, depending on the training situation. The CPR parameters and manual events are documented wirelessly and included into the evaluation and debriefing.

New level of debriefing

Individual trainee evaluation in group training for more efficient training. Each participant receives his personal results (up to four participants).

  • (2) Inhalation too quickly or too much result in air entering into stomach: digital indicator light display; digital counter display; sound prompting.
• 4. Ratio of compression and artificial respiratory: 30.2 (one or two person)
• 5. Operating cycle: one cycle includes five times of 30:2 ratio of compression and artificial respiratory.
• 6. Operation frequency: 100 times per minute ( the latest international standard)

• 10. Working conditions: output power is 6V transformed from 220V external power through manostat or direct current of four No. 1 batteries, suitable for outdoor operation.

MATERIAL FEATURES:

• Face skin, cervical skin, chest and hair are made of thermoplastic elastomer and using technique of plastic injection mould with high temperature. The manikin clearly indicates the realistic anatomy and has features of good touch, realistic operation feel and durability.

The visual feedback from the CPR Rate Monitor gives students a real life feel of delivering 100 compressions per minute.

Audible Clicker:

In addition to the visual rate monitor, students will also hear a clicker sound as the chest is pushed to the appropriate depth allowing them to experience the true force needed to deliver real life chest compressions.

DESCRIPTION:

• Ambu Man is a modular system. It can be equipped with a tried and tested mechanical monitoring instrument that gives you instant feedback on ventilation volume, stomach inflation, chest compression depth and wrong hand position.
• PC connection is possible on this model, allowing connection of Ambu CPR Software Kit (wireless router required). The I.V. Trainer arm can be mounted on all Ambu manikins. In addition, an upgrade kit (arms & legs)(product # A234000706) can be purchased to convert the Ambu Man Torso into a Full-Body manikin.
• Like all Ambu BLS manikins, the Ambu Man has the patented hygienic system that eliminates the risk of cross infections. All trainees receive their own face piece and head bag for the training. At the end of the training, the face piece can be cleaned and the head bag is discarded. A truly 100% hygienic way of training.
• To create more variance in the training, the stiffness of the chest can be changed and adjusted with just one screw.
• The Ambu Man W (Wireless) does not need cables and wires, which means it can be placed in realistic surroundings away from the computers and power supplies. This gives a great amount of freedom during training and because there are no wires or cables lying around it gives an even more realistic scenario. The manikin is also equipped with a mechanical monitoring instrument showing effectiveness of the resuscitation, including results achieved for ventilation volume and depth of external chest compression. Moreover, it indicates any stomach inflation and incorrect hand positioning.
• The airway of all manikins open only when the head is correctly hyper extended. A carotid pulse can be activated manually by the instructor. It is also activated during chest compressions.
• The lifelike anatomy makes it suitable for training a correct placement of defib pads in training use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AED).
