Board Strategy & Procurement Oversight Committee (BS&POC)

  • ✔ Provides strategic direction and oversight for ESG initiatives
  • ✔ Reviews and approves the ESG framework, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
  • ✔ Monitors ESG risks, opportunities, and performance metrics through periodic reporting

Management Committee on ESG

  • ✔ Led by the Managing Director and includes key department heads (Operations, HR, Finance, Quality)
  • ✔ Oversees ESG program execution and ensures smooth coordination across departments
  • ✔ Regularly reviews ESG progress and recommends improvements

ESG Working Group

  • ✔ Serves as the central body for all ESG-related activities at PSPC
  • ✔ Includes representatives from various functional areas (Operations, HR, Quality, Finance)
  • ✔ Implements ESG initiatives at the operational level and ensures compliance with ESG standards
  • ✔ Maintains ESG data for performance tracking and sustainability reporting

We are actively working to reduce our environmental footprint through the following strategies:

  • ✅ Efficient Resource Utilization – Reducing water and energy consumption, promoting alternative energy sources
  • ✅ Carbon Footprint Reduction – Target of 25% reduction in GHG emissions by 2030
  • ✅ Waste Handling & Circular Economy – Handling of the general and process waste on the basis of 5R
    • Refuse – Avoid unnecessary waste generation
    • Reduce – Minimize waste production by using resources efficiently
    • Reuse – Extend the life of products by reusing them whenever possible
    • Recycle – Process waste materials into new products to reduce raw material consumption
    • Recover – Extract useful materials or energy from waste before disposal
