PSPC’s subsidiary, M/s. Security Papers Limited (SPL), utilizes state-of-the-art technology to embed advanced security features directly into cotton substrates, significantly enhancing the security and authenticity of banknotes and other high-security documents. These embedded features provide robust protection against counterfeiting while ensuring easy verification by the public.
Through advanced cylinder mould technology, SPL produces high-definition 3D multitoned watermarks that offer a high contrast between light and dark areas, creating easily recognizable visual effect. This feature provides a visually striking watermark that is challenging to replicate and serves as a reliable authenticity marker.
Our subsidiary (SPL) incorporates 2D electrotype (highlight) watermarks within substrates, embedding recognizable symbols or values directly into the material. These watermarks remain visible across various lighting conditions, assisting in immediate verification and protecting against counterfeiting attempts.
We embed fluorescent fibers in single or multiple colors throughout the substrate. These fibers become visible under ultraviolet light, adding a covert level of security that is easily verifiable commercially available ultraviolet light.
Our subsidiary, M/s. SPL, employs advanced technology to embed security threads in both fully embedded and windowed styles, enhancing the security of banknotes. We are also capable of embedding wider security threads, incorporating advanced features such as UV fluorescence, microtext, holography, color shifting, and machine readability.
