Amir al-Muminin, Ali ibn Abi Talib (as), is Durre Najaf – the Pearl of Najaf – and this website is dedicated to him and his ‘itrat Tahirah (as). The purpose of this website is to distribute the gems of ‘ilm and Hikmah, and to discuss the reality of Islam, as explained by the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (as), and their Du’at (ra). This Literature is available in numerous manuscripts which were prepared during various periods and in countless places of the Fatimi Ismaili Dawah history. Throughout the ages, opponents of Ahl al-Bayt (as) have concealed as well as misinterpreted treasures of ‘ilm that Aimmat Tahirin (as) have bestowed upon the Muslim Ummah through all possible means, thereby depriving Muslims of its radiance due to sheer hostility. Shi’i Fatimi Ismaili Tariqah and the tradition of Islam help promote tolerance, peace, harmony and understanding, a dire requirement of today, and also form one of the key purposes behind this website. One of the major aims of this website is to facilitate access to Ismaili Studies for the benefit of seekers of knowledge from all walks of life, irrespective of religion, race and ethnic distinction. This includes individuals with personal or professional interests in the study of Muslim societies and cultures.
